We aim to deliver your silver jewelry within 5-7 working days from the date of your order. Please be patient, incase it is delayed a little.

You will receive continuous notifications as your order progresses through our different stages:

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and WhatsApp message from 8141505060 confirming your order.
Processing: We will notify you when your order is being processed.
Advance and precautions: We will ask you for 20% advance payment through WhatsApp before we ship it. We will also send you packaged videos of your parcels before we ship it.
Shipped: You will receive an update once your jewelry has been shipped, including tracking information.
Safety measures: You should always record your interactions with delivery guy and check if the parcel is sealed or not. You should never accept a parcel with a open seal. You should also make a video of you unboxing the parcel for your safety and credibility

Carriers: We use reputable carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and promptly.
