1. Product Appearance and Care

  • Color Changes: All jewelry, including rosegold, platinum, or yellow finishes, will naturally turn to a white color over time. We do not provide a lifetime guarantee on the original polish. If you wish to restore the polish, you can send the jewelry back to us, and we will polish it for a minimal charge.
  • Silver Sensitivity: Due to the high purity of our silver, there is a rare possibility that it may become black or dull. If this occurs, you can send the jewelry back to us for re-polishing at a minimal charge.

2. Return and Warranty

  • Verification Before Dispatch: All products are thoroughly inspected and verified before dispatch. Any damage discovered upon delivery must be reported immediately(you might not get any treatment by us, if it is unusual).
  • Damage Responsibility: Products damaged by the customer after wearing do not qualify for returns. Our products require different levels of care, and we are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance.
  • No Warranty: We do not offer any warranty on our products or their polish. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will assess if the item can receive any treatment from us. Charges may apply for such services.

3. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes or complaints related to your purchase or use of our products will be governed by the laws of India and must be filed in the judiciary court of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

4. Policy Modifications

  • Changes to Terms: These terms, conditions, and rules are owned by MannGold and can be changed only by MannGold. Any updates or changes will be posted on this page.
